Optional Subsystems

e-Services

e-Services provide secure employer and claimant self-service functions via the Internet.

Employers can view account status, review filing and payment history, access tax rate calculations, provide wage information, participate in claims adjudication, and pay taxes and other receivables.

Claimants can file initial claims, log work searches, file weekly claim certifications, view correspondence, participate in adjudication, and initiate appeals.

Imaging

Manages digital document images that are captured individually online by users or in batch by agencies’ third-party scanning subsystems. Images are indexed to associate them with the correct customer records. Supports images in industry standard formats.

Discovery

Discovery manages and cross-matches data imported from a wide variety of sources for the purpose of identifying benefit overpayments and delinquent taxes.

Data Warehouse

Data Warehouse loads, manages, and stores data from sources such as the IRS, Social Security Administration, other state agencies, and internal agency systems.
