In 2018 the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue chose FAST to modernize its system. In 15 months, the agency rolled out all business taxes and myPATH, a digital hub for customers. Now, the agency has an integrated system expected to save $10 million annually.

In recognition of the agency’s Customer Connect System Modernization, the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration received an award in Best Use of Technology and Innovation at the 2022 America’s Transportation Awards.

The Oregon Employment Department worked with Fast Enterprises to implement more adaptable, modern software. Agency staff have thoroughly tested the new system to ensure it increases efficiencies for staff and customers.

Since launching FastDS-VS in April 2022, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) has experienced great success with the new system. ALEA recently recognized agency employees who played an integral role in the implementation.
